Week 1
Your first family
A family in your borough, due in 8 weeks, looking for overnight support, sees your profile and books an intro call — it lands on your calendar with the video link already attached. We only reach out when a family actually wants you, never to tell you you're on a list, so your inbox stays worth reading. You show up, you meet them, you decide together. Contract gets drafted and signed in the platform — no printer, no DocuSign setup, no awkward money conversation.
Week 2
Your first payment
The family pays the full contract when they sign — Swaddl holds it, and your share is released to you every Monday for the visits you completed the week before. The whole engagement's value shows on your earnings dashboard the day they pay, with each payout dated. No more "I hope I get paid before rent." The old model of "work first, chase money later" is gone.
Week 3
Billing takes care of itself
